WCCI International Secretariat has been opened in University of Pecs, Hungary. In the opening ceremony, from University of Pecs, Ms. Katalin Szili, the Prime Minister's Commissioner and the director of the university foundation; academics Ivan Zoltan Zadori, Julianna Kiss, and Sandor Klein; from the WCCI, President Prof. Dr. Ismail Hakki Mirici, Board Member Dr. Matin Royeen and Life Member, Prof. Dr. Semra Mirici attended this important event.
